Every piece is genuine, natural jade, never dyed, filled, or synthetic. Each stone is hand-selected by our founder and hand-carved by her father, a master jade carver in China. Because the jade is untreated, no two pieces are ever exactly alike.

We work with natural jade and jade-family stones, including Hetian nephrite, quartzite jade, serpentine, and agate, paired with 18k or 14k gold vermeil and sterling silver. Every stone is natural and untreated, so its color and pattern are entirely its own.

Nephrite: typically opaque to semi-translucent, coming in white, green, yellow, black, and red. Known for exceptional toughness and well-suited for carving.

Quartzite Jade: hard and durable with a density similar to jadeite. Mainly found in light green and white hues with a semi-translucent appearance.

Serpentine: formed 180 to 150 million years ago, with a fine, smooth texture and a wide range of colors from deep green to white. Depth of color is influenced by iron content.

Agate: formed millions of years ago through geological activity. Known for vibrant colors and naturally layered patterns.

Jade is a natural material and comes in a wide range of colors, including green, white, lavender, yellow, and black. Each stone is unique, and slight variations in hue, texture, or translucency are natural and part of its beauty.

To care for your jade, gently rinse it with pure water and hydrate it regularly to maintain its luster. When wearing, keep it away from hard objects to prevent bumps and scratches. Store it in a stable environment, avoiding exposure to sweat and extreme temperature changes. For long-term preservation, keep it in a velvet box and seal it properly to protect its natural beauty.

Yes, it's generally safe to wear your jade jewelry in the shower. Water and mild soap will not harm natural jade.

However, we do not recommend wearing jade in high-heat environments such as saunas, hot tubs, or during prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as sudden temperature changes can affect the stone over time.

Jade is a strong, durable stone, but like all natural stone it can chip or crack if dropped on a hard surface. With everyday care it will last a lifetime and only grow more lustrous with wear.

If your piece is ever damaged, email us at anamcara.jade@outlook.com. While we cannot repair broken jade, we have helped customers give cracked pieces new life, turning a broken bangle into several smaller pieces so it can continue to be worn and cherished.

Exact shipping options and charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Most orders will have the following USPS options: First Class Mail, Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We accept returns and exchanges on domestic orders in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of the delivery date. Exchanges are our first recommendation, so if something isn't quite right, we're always happy to help you find a better fit.

Custom pieces typically take more than 15 days, depending on the complexity of the design and material sourcing.

Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin the design and production process.

Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Absolutely. We can modify existing styles, changing the metal, stone, size, or other details, to create a version that's uniquely yours.

While we're happy to take inspiration from reference images, we do not copy other designers' work. Instead, we'll collaborate with you to create something original and meaningful.
