RETURNS
Anam Cara accepts returns of domestic orders in their original condition within 14 days of the delivery date only for full-price items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Here’s how:
1. Email us at anamcara.jade@outlook.com to request a return authorization number for returns.
2. Make sure the item you return is in its original condition with original tags attached and must be accompanied by the completed return form in the original package.
3. Ship your return to the address which in the return authorization email, using the trackable shipping carrier of your choice
4. We do not offer exchange at this time, and we are unable to offer a refund on items that are damaged.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and Anam Cara does not offer free return on both domestic and international orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Anam Cara is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.
Once your return reaches us, please allow 3 to 7 business day for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. When your return has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
